Following the press releases issued on 9 May and 25 June 2018, it is announced that today the resolution of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of Manutencoop Facility Management SpA was registered with the competent Bologna Company Register. which approved the modification of the company name in “Rekeep S.p.A.”
The change in the name is therefore effective from today.
As a result of this change and the merger by incorporation into the Company of CMF SpA, effective from July 1, 2018 (in relation to which you refer to the press releases published by CMF SpA on April 4 and 12, June 14 and 29, 2018), the loan bond issued by CMF on 6 July 2017 originally called “CMF SpA € 360,000,000 9.0% Senior Secured Notes two 2022 “and, as a result of the aforementioned merger,” Manutencoop Facility Management S.p.A. € 360,000,000 9.0% Senior Secured Notes two 2022 “, whose securities (ISIN Codes XS1642816554 and XS1642818337) are traded on the MTF multilateral system managed by the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and on the multilateral system ExtraMOT, PRO segment, organized and managed by Borsa Italiana SpA, will be renamed from today’s date “Rekeep SpA € 360,000,000 9.0% Senior Secured Notes two 2022 “.
The new name is the result of a broader project aimed at strengthening the Company’s identity and completes the new corporate structure, which since last October sees Manutencoop Società Cooperativa as sole shareholder, with 100% of the share capital.
The new brand identity project is also part of an overall redefinition of the organization system – which focuses on the development of internal lines, on the enhancement of younger staff and on an increasingly widespread female presence at the top of the company – as well as in the Group’s growth and development path at an international level, already successfully launched with the recent operations in France and Turkey.
The name Rekeep arises from the union of the prefix “RE”, which aims to underline a new beginning following the international projection of the Company, and the word “KEEP”, for its meaning to hold, maintain, preserve, continue, which recalls therefore, immediately the Group’s mission is to “take care” of the quality of the environments in which people live to improve their overall quality of life. It is, therefore, a name conceived for an audience of international audiences: a ‘sound’ simple, direct, able to pose in a friendly and authoritative way at the same time.
Moreover, the new denomination is represented with a contemporary typographic character, and with letters composed only in lower case, to underline the direct tone that is to be assigned to the whole organization. The color adopted is green, which refers to an idea of cleanliness and efficiency; the logo that accompanies the logo represents an open hand where the fingers, thanks to the yellow color used, evoke the rays of the sun. An immediate symbol, which aims to project into the future a story of eighty years, made of working hands and minds that take care of people and the environment in which they live.
